Privacy Policy

This policy covers personal information collected through quantius.ai and its campaign pages. Our applications at leo, bill, tiger and vault.quantius.ai have their own policies. Client data processed under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement.

When you submit a form, we collect what you enter — name, email address, company, and for pilot requests your role, the state and county of the records, document volume, formats and any notes. We also record your IP address, browser type, the time of submission, and, if you arrived from one of our emails, which email it was.

When you take up a pilot, you upload recorded county documents to a private SFTP account. Those public records contain the names of parties to each instrument. We process them only to index them and return the results to you, hold them in a directory accessible only to your account and our authorised staff, do not use them to train models, and delete them and the account when the pilot is complete.

When you browse the site, we use no analytics or tracking other than Google Analytics and HubSpot, described below. Google Analytics shows us which pages are read, how visitors arrived — including which of our emails or campaigns brought them — and their approximate region, device and browser. It sets first-party cookies to do this. Its advertising features are switched off, so this information is not used to show you ads, and we do not use it to identify you. Our web server itself keeps no access logs for quantius.ai. The site does not respond to Do Not Track signals, but you can block or delete HubSpot's cookies in your browser settings, and our forms still work without them. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking cookies in your browser.

We use HubSpot, a customer relationship management service, to store enquiries and pilot requests submitted through this website and to understand how visitors use the site. HubSpot sets cookies in your browser for this purpose. Information you submit through our forms is stored in HubSpot's EU data centre. HubSpot processes this data on our behalf under its data processing terms. You can ask us to delete it at any time by contacting us at the address below.

To respond to you, deliver a pilot if you request one, keep a record of enquiries, and prevent spam. We use browsing information only to measure and improve the site and our campaigns. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Hostinger hosts our server in the United States and provides our email. It may not use your information for its own purposes.

HubSpot stores the enquiries and pilot requests you submit, including the IP address recorded with them, and what its cookies record about your visit, in its EU data centre. It processes this data as our processor, on our behalf, under its data processing terms.

Google provides Google Analytics and processes the browsing information described above on our behalf, under its data processing terms. We do not share it with Google for advertising.

Form submissions for 36 months, deleted automatically. Google Analytics data for 14 months. The copy held in HubSpot is deleted when you ask us to delete your data, and is otherwise kept for the same 36 months. Pilot documents until the pilot is complete. Records connected to an active client relationship may be kept longer under the client agreement.

Traffic to the site and pilot uploads are encrypted. Our database is not reachable from the internet. Deletion and retention run by audited scripts.

Email email us to ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. We aim to respond within 14 days and will confirm when deletion is complete. We may need to verify your identity first.

We will post any changes here and update the effective date above, which changes only when the wording changes.
